Report: Konohagakure's attempt to start a War with Kumogakure.

To who it may concern,

I received a scroll via Hawk from the Noble Cat Clan of Fire Country requesting our aid. I did find it odd that a Clan of Fire Country would call the aid of Kumogakure but at the time, time was of the essence and there was none to waste. The scroll stated I was to take whoever was near me. In which I settled for Kinnojo Urayama and Aonu Danao of Hasu no Sato. We then left promptly, as the message stated urgency, and arrived in the South West portion of Fire Country.

Many Cat and Rat corpses littered the ground as we arrived, an obvious battle. We heard chanting in the nearby building and quickly investigated. We arrived upon the scene of a group of Cats and Rats facing off, a fight about to occur, the leader of the Cat Clan was called Rat Crusher and the leader of the Rat Clan was called Cat Cleaver. As the two Clans continued to chant, a group of Konohagakure Shinobi showed up seemingly lead by an Uchiha.

The Uchiha had asked why we were here near Konohagakure and I informed him that we were not at War, as well we were not at Konohagakure's doorstep. We only had tensions it does not hinder us from being in each other's land. Besides as it is known many Konohagakure Shinobi seemingly traverse to Kumogakure and yet we are being questioned? Idiocy.

While this was going on the Cat and Rat Clans attacked each other. Kinnojo jumped between them to stop them as well as Aonu. I also stepped between the fighting clans as these were clans of Konohagakure and as I was not instructed to start a War so instead it was decided to prevent, as again they were both Clans in Fire Country being under Konohagakure's jurisdiction.

The Konohagakure Shinobi, though I detest to call them such, stood off to the side and did not attempt to make a move to separate the clans so a diplomatic outcome could be made. Instead the Uchiha decided to use a Jutsu to set fire to the building that myself, Aonu and Kinnojo were in as well as the two clans of Fire Country. I took this as an attack upon Kumogakure and returned an attack though it was to no avail.

The Konohagakure Shinobi had left the building to burn with ourselves still inside as well as the Two Clans. Aonu had used some form of Jutsu to allow us to escape though the Two Clans head had kept fighting and ultimately lead to their death.

We escaped coming to find the Konohagakure Shinobi still there. Statements were made from either side and then an ANBU of Konohagakure appeared. He stated for the scrolls which I can describe you completely what the contents of my scroll had held.

Scroll Contents:

Myself and the Uchiha had handed our scrolls over to the ANBU who held them together in which the scrolls formed into one depicting new and unknown contents to ourselves of Kumogakure. The ANBU Shinobi then stated..

Quote :: "The Villages of Kumogakure and Konohagakure current relations are in a period of strife, we have discovered a presence in the southern country that is a danger to both villages. We hope that we two villages can grow together through their extermination. It seems our hopes were wrong. . .Its disagreeable that we were unable to work together without spelling it out. . ."

This was indubitably knowledge that was not known to myself, Aonu and Kinnjoro. More arguing insued and then the ANBU stated we should leave or he would do so by force. After a few more moments we left. Aonu Danao to Tea Country, and myself and Kinnojoro to Kumogakure.
