Midori's Sealing Ring
When Midori was just a child, she learned of her Tsukichi bloodline. She was cut during a fight with one of her classmates, and found she could manipulate the blood... Although, unlike other Tsukichi, her blood turned out to be vicious. It was acidic, and melted through the kid when she splashed him with the blood, killing him instantly. This golden ring was designed by a good friend of hers, using fuuinjutsu to seal away her acidic powers, and render her more 'normal' by Tsukichi standards. Literally sealing most of the bloodline, it supresses her latant abilities. When removed, the fuuinjutsu stops working and these abilities are released.
As the aggressive side of her takes over, her ability to constrain the usage of her chakra is lost and she is forced to use her own blood faster than she can reproduce it, causing her to become weakened when the technique is ended, giving her Anemia.
Passive: Water jutsu count as blood jutsu, and can be cast for 1/2 the CP cost in HP, and no longer require a source if paid in HP
Activation Cost: 10 HP +2 CP/round (User's HP and CP regen does not work whilst this is active. Jutsu not included)
+4 WIS Rolls 18-20 CRIT Range on Blood jutsu Blood Jutsu Reduce Targets DR by 1d4 for 1d4 Rounds (Duration Stacks, Reduction Does not)
Deactivation: Anemia) User suffers -5 to HP Pool (Stacks after each Deactivation). This is only removeable by a Medical Shinobi (Not including the user or someone suffering Anemia) or a DM as an NPC. Only removeable by RPing using an A Rank Medical Jutsu (60+ Heal Mod). If DM removes the negative HP, user must pay 1 Non Refundable RP Token. (Maximum -10 HP Remove per RL Day)

Pulse Tracking Type: Ninjutsu (WIS) Rank E Cost: 1 HP per roll (2 HP per roll Released) Description: Using their natural attunement with their own blood and others around them, the Tsukichi can sense the blood and heartbeats of others, keeping them alert almost all the time. DF: +5 to Concentration rolls, replaces Spot/Listen with Concentration. Released State: +15 to Concentration rolls, replaces Spot/Listen with Concentration, Can read HP Levels
Blooded Palm/Viper's Kiss Type: Nintaijutsu Rank D Cost: 4 CP or 2 HP (5 CP or 3 HP Released) Description: To an ordinary Tsukichi, the bloody palm technique is a means to move their blood into another to help seal their wounds. Although, in Midori's case, when her ring is removed it becomes a powerful acid that can eat away flesh and drain the blood of her victim. DF: Heals 1d10 hp to others. (Cannot be used on self.) Released State: 2d4 damage and drain 1/2 the amount, rounded up. (Max 3) Note: Can be used with WIS or DEX (Does not gain Ninjutsu Burst Bonus if used with DEX)
Carmine Blade Type: Chiton Ninkenjutsu (WIS/DEX) Rank C Cost: 5 HP +2 CP/round Description: The user draws out their own blood into a dark red sword, and uses it as a weapon to fight their opponent with. The blade requires a constant flow of chakra to remain stable, but it helps the user fight when low on blood. DF: Creates a medium weapon usable without negatives (If Dual wielding 2x CP per round cost and Negatives apply). Counts as Ninjutsu and Kenjutsu, and is usable with WIS or DEX (Does not gain STR bonuses) (Note: Kenjutsu techniques must still be used with dex/str)
Rose Shield/Acidic Blood Wall Type: Ninjutsu (WIS) Rank C Cost: 5 CP or 2 HP (6 CP or 3 HP Released) Description: Creating a physical barrier of solid blood is one thing, however a skilled Tsukichi can use the blood to dampen the effects of techniques as well even should the barrier fall. When Midori removes her ring, she can use the technique offensively instead of defensively, effectively creating a wall of highly acidic blood. DF: Block. If failed, user gains 1d4+1 DR vs the attack. Released State: Block +1, dealing 2d4 damage to a melee attacker instead, bypassing 3 DR.
Signature Art: Corrosive Blood Type: Chiton Ninjutsu (WIS) Rank B Cost: 8 CP or 4 HP Description: Midori takes off her ring and releases the corrosive blood she can control, allowing her to spray her blood at a target and literally eat at their flesh in seconds. The chakra in the blood is powerful enough to break down physical materials of any kind, including diamond. DF: Unblockable, does 2d8 + 2d4 damage.
Arching Blood Dragon/Sanguine Viper Twins Type: Ninjutsu (WIS) Rank B Cost: 6 HP (8 HP Released) Description: The Arching Blood Dragon technique uses a large amount of the user's blood to create a powerful dragon of their own blood, crashing into them with powerful destructive force, strong enough to crush iron to pieces. When Midori removes her ring, her aggresiveness takes over and creates two smaller dragons with equal combined power; the flanking maneuver makes it impossible to counter, however the weaker separated force makes it possible to block them. DF: Unblockable) 4d6 DMG Released State: Unblockable) +2 to ATK Roll, Deals 4d6 DMG
Crimson Lance Type: Chiton Ninjutsu (WIS) Rank A Cost: 12 CP or 6 HP Description: The user draws out their blood and sends it in a straight line at their opponents, threatening to impale any that get in the way. The attack causes internal bleeding, as the spear sends several spikes inside the victim to increase damage even further. DF: Deals 1d10 + 4d4 damage also does 1d4 Damage for 1d4-1 (min. of 1) rounds.
Strawberry Rain Type: Chiton Ninjutsu (WIS) Rank S Cost: 20 CP or 10 HP Description: The user releases their blood into the air and lets it rain onto the field where it would sharpen into needles and pierce opponents, while absorbing into the wounds of allies and sealing their wounds at the same time. DF: Mass AoE: Deals 2d10 damage to all opponents and heals 2d10 HP to all allies (except the user)

Chiton : Scykle Type : Ninjutsu Rank : D CP : 4 (or 2 HP) Description : After a small hand sign, the user can force some of the cells in their targets body to become scythe shaped, blocking arteries and making the users blood flow decrease. PVP : 1d4 rounds of -1 to physical attacks/defenses.
