Spars. What not to Do.

So this has been a problem for as long as I can remember. If you are engaged in a SPAR, and you are using an S RANK TECHNIQUE. You have done something both stupid and dangerous. If I see it being done, I will personally be Opening Perma for that spar. The other DM's have their own views it seems so I'll leave it up to them on that. But point being, unless you're in a real fight, I better not see S ranks being flung around. Because one of you will likely die at the end.

To Clarify, S ranks are considered "Signature" techniques and are the strongest techniques a Shinobi has in their arsenal. The only time you SHOULD be using them is to A) Kill Somebody B) Kill Somebody C) Kill Somebody.
