Note: Must have a Viable story as to why character is alive, and must be approved by the DM Team before character is made.

The Yuki clan (雪一族, Yuki Ichizoku) lived in the Land of Water. Some time ago, the country was in the midst of a civil war. In this war, different sides battled each other using ninja, some of whom possessed kekkei genkai. After the war ended, memories of the horrific battles still lingered in the minds of the people, causing wide-spread persecutions against those with kekkei genkai. Because of this, the Yuki clan, whose members carried the Ice Release kekkei genkai went into hiding.

[Ice Creationist]
Every member of the Yuki clan holds the ability to create Ice and different forms of Ninjutsu at will, this allows the Yuki to be in essence masters of their chakra control to create devastating combinations with their Ice Jutsu.

Universal: Begin with Water, Wind, and Ice Elements
Genin: +1 to Wisdom Rolls, +1d4 to Ninjtusu Damage
Chunin: +2 to Wisdom Rolls, +1d6 to Ninjtusu Damage
Jounin: +3 to Wisdom Rolls, +1d8 to Ninjtusu Damage

[One-Handed Seals]
All of the Yuki clan hold the unique ability to manipulate the Ice and Chakra within them and around them with only a single hand. This means even while physically stunned or grappled down they may flash through the seals with one hand, utilizing their jutsu for far less chakra and at the same time doing so without the need of normal resources.

Universal: May Use Ninjutsu While Physically Stunned, Requires no Water to use Ice/Water Jutsu.
Genin: +10 Total CP, -2 to CP Costs (Min 1)
Chunin: +15 Total CP, -3 to CP Costs (Min 1)
Jounin: +20 Total CP, -4 to CP Costs (Min 1)

[Jutsu]
All Yuki hold their own unique traits with their Ice abilities, it all depends on the user and how they with to bend and control this chakra to truly initiate and morph it into their own unique abilities however.
(Yuki may make free Jutsu: 2x E/D/C/B 1x A/S rank but must be manually learned after C rank.)

Hyouton: Creation
Type : Ninjutsu
Rank : E
CP : 2
Description : This Jutsu allows for the Yuki to form basics Ice objects at will without truly focusing on any one thing in particular.
PVP : RP Effect
Teaching/Learning : Gained on Creation

Hyouton: Ice Tools
Type : Ninjutsu
Rank : D
CP : 4
Description : Forms needles freely out of Ice at will within the users hand as an unlimited supply of tools of ice, so to speak.
PVP : Forms 1 Windmill Shurriken, or 3 Senbon/Kunai/Shurriken (Pick One). That gain +2 to their Damage Rolls, and gain the Wisdom Burst Damage Bonus.

[Frozen Chakra]
(100 Tokens, Enhanced Bloodline)
A few of the Yuki clan have the advanced ability to bend their chakra to their will, tot he point its naturally incredibly cold. This freezing ability not only causes their opponents to be extremely slowed when hit, but suffer iceburn, or frostbite causing continuing agony and cold to their body even after it hits.

Universal: Everytime a Yuki's Ninjutsu Hits a Target, the Target Suffers a -1 to Str/Dex/Con Rolls for 1d4 Rounds. Rounds Stack, Negatives do Not.
Genin: Everytime a Yuki's Ninjutsu Hits a Target, the Target Suffers 2 Damage a Round Bypassing DR for 1d4 Rounds. Rounds Stack, Damage Does Not.
Chunin: Everytime a Yuki's Ninjutsu Hits a Target, the Target Suffers 3 Damage a Round Bypassing DR for 1d4+1 Rounds. Rounds Stack, Damage Does Not.
Jounin: Everytime a Yuki's Ninjutsu Hits a Target, the Target Suffers 4 Damage a Round Bypassing DR for 1d4+1 Rounds. Rounds Stack, Damage Does Not.
