SPECIAL NOTE  :::  Requires an RP submission to staff including the players signature customs, a statement of how long the character has been active, and an OOC summary as to why your character would be able to learn these complex techniques before they should normally be capable.  This must be resubmitted per rank, though the token cost need only be paid once.

** S-Rank and A-Rank CP costs are commonly dependant on balancing and thus do not have a fixed doubled CP cost.
