Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu "Mist Servant Technique" Rank: C Chakra Cost: 5 RP Descriotion: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it. The Eagle-Vulture are considered to be a reclusive animals, distancing itself from the nearest civilization. They made their homes at the northern most part of the Wind country - the mountains. Birds always sought out for carrion to feast upon. Although they aren’t considered to be giants compared to other animal summons, The Eagle-Vulture are considered to be the strongest, capable of carrying twice the weight and size and in rarer cases, much more.
Their Domain, Hoshizora Peak, lies in the northern part of Wind Country’s mountain. The travel there is considered to be nigh impossible and reserved only to those who they are determined to witness the rumoured beauty of the peak, that or use reverse summoning technique but that would be frowned upon. In fact, Yūgure would gladly remove one who is not ready off the edge and into their doom.
All of the Eagle-Vulture past present and future has pledged their loyalty to Sunagakure, but they rarely wears the bands.

Rank one: Eagle-Vulture Summoning: Asa
Asa is a small Juvenile dark Bearded Vulture. Although the smallest of the rest of the Vulture family, but strangely, Asa had stated that it may not be the fastest messenger bird, but she prided himself in being able to fly at such a height that it is difficult to nearly impossible to shoot down. In addition to that, she is able to carry items twice her weight.
Asa’s personality was interesting. Despite her pride on being able to fly at such a height, she always come off as humble and apologetic over the smallest things. Unlike the rest of the birds, Asa always come across as friendly and loyal bird.
Summon Cost: 5 CP HP/CP: 20/20 Attack/Defense: Highest Summoner Stat +2 Base Damage: Basic Taijutsu Damage
Rank Two: Eagle-Vulture : Ranchi
Always thinking about dinner, Ranchi is larger, (a size of a small car) stronger and slightly older than Asa, but still a juvenile. He sports fresh, buff white feathers around his head and consistently conscious about being clean. Expressing his dislike in being dirty like Yūgure (although he’s scared of her so he decided to keep it to himself) He is well known for doing things half done and requires a clear and concise instruction as he pretends to not listen or stated that he got waters in his ears. However, he is easily swayed by food and would do anything for it.
Summon Cost: 10 CP HP/CP: 30/30 Attack/Defense: Highest Summoner Stat +3 Base Damage: Basic Small Weapon Damage, No Penalties.
Rank Three: Gogo
Second Largest and the most serious of the Eagle-Vulture, willing to obey and assist in helping the summoner in every-way he could. His large body and wingspan and his mindset provided him a more reliable for safe travel through the air.
He comes across as intelligent and thoughtful, and if he was given an opportunity, capable of defusing an argument with words.
Summon Cost: 15 CP HP/CP: 40/40 Attack/Defense: Highest Summoner Stat +4 Base Damage: Basic Medium Weapon Damage, No Penalties.
Rank Four: Yūgure
A Sadist and untrustworthy would be the first thing comes to mind about her. It does not help that she is the largest Bearded Vulture of them all as her body the size of a Yamato Battleship and her wings larger than that to keep her gracefully in the air. What make her stand out than the rest of them is the magnificent yet dried muddied feathers and a small blackened curled horn, like a ram.
She often tend to hinder and taunt at inexperienced summoners for their inability to control. In fact only a handful of summoner had ever managed to gain her respect and had kept that respect.
Summon Cost: 20 CP HP/CP: 50/50 Attack/Defense: Highest Summoner Stat +5 Base Damage: Basic Large Weapon Damage, No Penalties.
Rank Five: Sutācheisā The leader of the pack and the strongest of them all, but also the second smallest . His appearance is majestic and striking with dirtied feathered body seems to give off the gentle red hue, the black and white mark on his face, like a war paint, with red rings around its yellowed pupils. Sutācheisā rarely fights and often let either Yūgure or Gogo fight in his stead, but if a bond between the summoner and Sutācheisā has deepened, he would most like come to the summoner’s call and display his might worthy of the title: Emperor of the Mountains.
Summon Cost: 25 CP HP/CP: 60/60 Attack/Defense: Highest Summoner Stat +6 Base Damage: Basic Large Weapon Damage +1d4, No Penalties.
